TRAINING MODULES

QUARTER 1 TRAINING
Participants kick off module with a 3 day retreat. Themes are learning environments, active listening, and constructive feedback. At the end of retreat facilitation, participants will have tools that demonstrate openness creating cultures of appreciation.

QUARTER 2 TRAINING
Participants kick off module with a 3 day retreat. Themes are honoring one another and decision making. At the end of retreat facilitation, participants will gain tools that honors different ways of meeting goals and making decisions.

QUARTER 3 TRAINING
Participants kick off module with a 3 day retreat. Themes are power sharing and navigating conflict. At the end of retreat facilitation, participants will gain tools that teach them power sharing, conflict resolution, teamwork, and generative thinking.

QUARTER 4 TRAINING
Participants kick off module with a 3 day retreat. Themes are generative thinking and intersectional approaches to complex issues. Participants will gain tools to engage deeper analysis of nuanced issues when in communication with others.
